Payment and Fees
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable booking fee/deposit of €100 is payable at the time of booking to secure the room. The €100 booking fee is treated as an advance rent payment and is deducted from the first rent instalment/month's licence fee.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of 1 week's rent is due before move-in on a nominated date. The deposit is returned after move-out, subject to the room being handed back in the same condition and all rent being paid in full.
Pay In Instalment
Rent is paid monthly in advance. Rent can also be paid in full or by instalments, if preferred. Tenants may pay a lump sum at the start of each term or pay in instalments. Flexi contracts are available.
Mode Of Payment
Rent payments can be arranged through the property's payment setup via the personal portal. Local currency Direct Debit is advised to avoid fees, reduce payment deadline issues and prevent missed rent payments.
Guarantor Requirement
A guarantor is required. The guarantor is responsible for the tenant's financial obligation to pay rent if the tenant is unable to do so.
