Guests are permitted for a maximum of two consecutive nights in any week but must sleep in your room with you. Nobody is allowed to sleep in the lounge or kitchen area. If you are going to have a guest, you must email their name and the dates they’re staying to management.

Unfortunately, there is no parking available and due to property’s central location you may find street parking difficult.
Where do I collect my post from?
Post is delivered to the post boxes in the foyer of your block. Parcels can be collected from reception upon receipt of a slip in your post box notifying you that there is a parcel for you.
How do I report maintenance issues?
Maintenance issues need to be reported to a property email address with a description of the issue, information on where the student lives, and any photos if applicable.
Can I change my room?
The property allow transfers from around mid-October each year. If the property can find you a suitable transfer, property will move you as soon as you are ready. Please note that there is an administration fee of £45 prior to moving in and £50 once you have moved in. Please speak with the on-site team for further information.
Do I need to have a TV Licence?
You will need to purchase a TV licence if you wish to watch or stream live TV in your flat.
What events do you arrange on the site?
The property arrange several events throughout the year, including a welcome barbecue and a Christmas quiz. The team will post information on site regularly so keep an eye out.
Can I store my possessions in the summer?
If you are returning for the following year and are staying in the same room, you may be able to leave your items. It will be your responsibility to box all items and label them. You will need to contact reception to see if this is option is available, there is a charge which is applicable. if this is available to you and if there is a charge which is applicable.

The property offer summer contracts subject to availability. Please contact managemen at least a month before the end of your contract.
Can I arrive early?
Please contact the site team to check whether your room will be vacated and cleaned by the time you want to arrive. There will be an extra charge for early arrivals.

All blocks are key entry, as are your flat and your room. The property have staff on site 24/7 for your safety and you will be given a number for contacting staff in emergencies. You have an intercom system to your apartment.
