The booking process is smooth and the reservations team is always helpful and proactive. Desk staff are generally approachable and I have only had positive experiences with these people. It's really close to UQ (10 minutes via bus, and the stop is right outside the property). There is a footbridge that connects the building to Toowong Village which is a shopping centre with lots of shops and good food options. The facilities and communal areas are really nice as well, and there's lots of green space around the building and in the area.

It was a pleasure and joy to work with this Toowong organising student events for UQ students. Recently University of Queensland Singapore Students' Society had a collaboration with Toowong for a Gold Coast Cycling Trip and it was smoothly run! We got to enjoy cycling, BBQ, and getting to meet new friends. We appreciate the property working closely in organising this event and would definitely love to hold future student activities with Toowong again!
