3. The Bond is not the same as paying rent in advance. The Bond will be refunded to the resident once the apartment is vacated and is in good condition following the completion of the Exit Condition Report.

The property does not require for you to have a guarantor to book a room.

The cleaning costs of a studio apartment is AU$299 and AU$350 for loft and courtyard apartments.

A Tenancy Agreement may be terminated by the property if:

1. The Resident fails to pay rent by the due date and all notices to remedy have not been satisfied.

2. The Resident permits a breach of the provisions of the tenancy agreement or the rules of tenancy.

3. The Resident resorts to or takes advantage of any law for the protection of insolvent people, becomes bankrupt or commits an act of bankruptcy.


Please note: At the termination of a Tenancy Agreement as decided by the property on an appropriate end date, all the resident’s personal property must be removed. Any property left in the apartment will be disposed of in accordance with The Residential Tenancies Authority guidelines. You may also be charged with any disposal fees. All remaining fees must be paid up.
