If a resident wishes to cancel or postpone the contract due to a visa to study in the UK not being granted, a copy of the official notification of visa refusal must be provided. Management reserves the right to request further written proof of the circumstances or situation leading to the cancellation or postponement request. All decisions made by management regarding such requests will be final.
If you wish to cancel or postpone your contract with us because you did not achieve the grades required to secure a place at your University, you must provide a copy of the official letter from your University confirming this.
