Or you can use a private or public guarantor scheme.
1. If the Student has UK based guarantor the student can opt for monthly installment plans. 2. If the student does not have a UK-based guarantor, they can pay in 2 half-yearly instalments or pay the whole rent upfront.
1. To secure a room student has to Pay a Security Deposit, in which one Week's rent will be holding deposit and it will be non-refundable. 2. The deposit will depend on the room type you select.
