    For AY 25-26 & AY 26-27:- 1. Once your cooling off period expires, you lose the right to cancel your tenancy. If you are unable to provide your own UK Guarantor, the property recommends the service of Housing Hand. Please note: The guarantor must: - 1. Be a resident in the UK for a minimum of 1 year. 2. Be over 21 years of age 3. Be a homeowner or in full time employment 4. Provide a copy of photographic identification, such as a passport, driving licence or ID badge 5.
