    Cancellation may be considered if the student's UK visa application is refused. The request must be submitted in writing. Supporting evidence of the visa refusal must be provided. The request and evidence must be submitted within 5 working days of receiving official confirmation of the visa refusal. Each request is considered on its merits. If approved, deposits and pre-paid rent will be refunded, subject to deductions for any period already occupied.
  • No Place No Pay
    Available only to first-year undergraduate students. Applicable if the offer from the student's first-choice university or higher education institution is withdrawn because entry requirements were not met. The request must be submitted in writing to the Head of Sales and Marketing. Supporting evidence from the university or UCAS must be provided. The request and supporting evidence must be submitted within 3 working days of receiving notification that the offer has been withdrawn. E
  • Replacement Tenant Accepted
    The student is responsible for finding a suitable replacement tenant. The replacement tenant must be acceptable to the landlord and willing to enter into a legally binding tenancy agreement. In most cases, a person already renting from the landlord or already bound by another contract will not be considered suitable.
