How do I connect to the internet?

Connecting to the internet is easy - just connect your devices to the wireless network on arrival. You can also use an Ethernet cable, which you can plug into the network wall socket in your room.

Are my things covered by insurance?

In partnership with Endsleigh, they include free contents insurance for every student that opts to live in one of their buildings. Once you’ve registered with My Endsleigh, you can instantly access your cover details and policy documents to check exactly what's included and have the option to upgrade the level of cover if needed. Their claims team is on hand to advise whenever needed.

What can’t I do in my accommodation?

For health and safety reasons, they don't allow candles, incense burners, deep fat fryers, or any electrical appliances that don't comply with British standards and statutory regulations. They are also unable to accommodate E-scooters or any other alternatives. Please don't bring any of these on-site.

Who will come into my room?

They carry out room inspections three times a year and occasionally health and safety checks, but they'll always give you at least 24 hours' notice before entering your room.

How much fridge space is there in the studio rooms?

All studios come with a small fridge with a freezer compartment.

Can I bring my rice cooker/electric pressure cooker?
