Credit/Debit Card & Bank Transfer
1. You will be asked to pay a deposit of £130 in order to secure your booking. 2. Your deposit is required to be paid within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation.
Before moving into the property, you will be required to top your deposit up to £500 to act as your security deposit. This will be returned to you at the end of the tenancy, if the room be left in an acceptable condition. Please note: The property team will be able to share the contract only after you have topped up the £500 deposit.
