Yes. Please note however you will be required to find a suitable replacement for your room, and you will still be responsible for the rent payments until a replacement is found. They will also help you to find a replacement by advertising the property on our website.
Can I choose which room I want?
Yes, unlike most other providers, you can select the exact room you would like from the floorplan. Are there Laundry facilities? Yes, there are free laundry facilities in all of properties.
Can I stay if I’m not a student?
Unfortunately you can only stay as a non-student if you are sharing with someone who is currently studying full time. Please note, the non-student would be responsible for paying council tax during that period, however they would be allowed a discount.
