<p>Unless the Tenancy Agreement has already commenced (meaning the Tenancy Start Date is on or before the date the Tenancy</p> <p><br></p> <p>Agreement is signed by you) or you have already collected the keys to your accommodation, you have a <strong>“Cooling-Off Period” of 14 calendar days </strong>commencing the date of Booking Confirmation email.</p> <p><br></p> <p>If you book on or after <strong>1st August </strong>for the academic year due to commence in the following month of September, the Cooling-Off Period will <strong>reduce to 3 calendar days </strong>from the date and time you sign the Tenancy Agreement.</p> <p><br></p> <p>If you book on or after <strong>12th August </strong>for the academic year due to commence in the following month of September, the Cooling-Off Period will <strong>reduce to 24 hours </strong>from the date and time you sign the Tenancy Agreement.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Please note: </strong>During the Cooling-Off Period if you decide to cancel your accommodation booking you must do so in writing or by sending an email directly to the Property Team and they will fully refund the Advance Rent Payment and release you from the Tenancy Agreement.
