A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date the booking confirmation email is sent, confirming that the booking is complete. You can cancel the booking during this period by emailing the site team. The cooling-off period applies only if the resident has not already collected the keys. No charges will apply, and the deposit or any Advance Rent Payments made will be returned.

A Holding Deposit is required to book a room and will not exceed 1 week's rent. The Holding Deposit is credited towards the first rental payment upon check-in.
