Luxury Plus Studio
Located on the second to fourth floors, Luxury Plus Studios at Riverside House offer an elevated take on student living. With tranquil views over the River Wey and the same high-spec interiors as our Luxury Studios, these spaces are perfect for those who want to enjoy a greater view of the river.
Ideal for individuals or couples, these studios come with the option of a double bed or twin beds on request, two full-size study desks, two wardrobes, and clever storage throughout. The higher floor location gives you a quieter, more private space, with plenty of natural light streaming in from the riverside windows.
You will have your own ensuite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a microwave/oven, hob, fridge, and freezer. Also a 40″ TV with a TV license.

Payment and Fees
Security Deposit
To secure a booking, residents must pay a refundable security deposit of £300 upon signing the tenancy agreement. The deposit is protected under a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme and is refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to room condition and any outstanding charges.
Booking Deposit
A pre-rental instalment of £500 is required once the tenancy agreement has been countersigned by the property management team. This payment is deducted from the total rent due during the tenancy period.
Pay In Instalment
Residents may be eligible to pay their rent in instalments, subject to the terms outlined in their tenancy agreement. Instalment options may require a UK-based guarantor.
Mode Of Payment
Payment must be made by bank transfer.
