Your deposit is securely held by a recognised scheme, such as the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (England and Wales) or Safe Deposits Scotland. You’ll receive an email with your deposit repayment ID, which you’ll need to authorise your refund and provide your bank details. Please note: 1. For AY 25-26 & AY 26-27: 1. If you have a UK guarantor, you're eligible to pay your rent in three instalments, with the first payment due three weeks before your check-in date. 2. If you do not have a UK guarantor, you’ll need to pay your rent in full at least six weeks before your tenancy start date. Please ensure that all rent due has been paid before you arrive to check in. Note: In some cases, alternative instalment plans may be available. Please contact property management to discuss your options.
For AY 25-26 & AY 26-27: Dual occupancy is available for most rooms that are 23sqm or larger.
