Replacement Tenant Found
<p>1. Once the cooling off period expires, you will be bound into a Tenancy Agreement &amp; lose the right to cancel your tenancy. You are liable for the full rent unless a suitable replacement is found to take over your tenancy Agreement.</p> <p>2. You will be charged a <strong>Replacement Fee of £250 </strong>to cover the administrative work and vacating your room for a replacement tenant.</p> <p>3. Property will release you from your Tenancy Agreement on the date <strong>seven days after </strong>any of the above has occurred.</p>
