The rooms are fantastic, the common areas are spacious and beautiful, the roof terrace has an amazing view of the Quayside, and the team is amazing. Maintenance issues always get resolved quickly, the building is always tidy, and the staff are always eager to help you. It is a great place. I highly recommend it.

I've been here for more than half a year. It's a great choice to live here if you need a quiet, well-equipped studio. There're also facilities like a gym, a large game room, study areas and a yard inside etc. (I'm a shy and busy guy so I didn't use them too much. Such a pity). The staff here are very friendly and helpful. What a shame that I can't extend my tenancy because it's popular, so that fully booked recently. I'll miss you all, Sam, Laura, Steven and others.

Great gym and a breathtaking view from the roof terrace. What makes True Opto truly exceptional is the staff. Special thanks to Laura, Sam, Robbie, James and others.
