1. To book a room with the property, the student needs to make a non-refundable advance rent payment. 2. This payment depends on how prior to the check-in date, is the booking being made: (a) Day 3 - Day 14 prior check-in date - advance rent payment is 4 weeks rent. (b) Day 15 - Day 35 prior check-in date - advance rent payment is 2 weeks rent. (c) Day 36 and above prior to the check-in date - advance rent payment is 1 weeks rent. 3. This prepayment will be offset against your first or only instalment of rent.

If you are looking for apartments under £500 per week we probably won’t be able to assist you further with your accommodation search. Our rates are based on the quality, the location and the service of each apartment. We are at the upper end of the market price-wise, and you will of course be able to find cheaper accommodation alternatives with other providers - but these would not pass the qualifying criteria for a apartment.
