What documents do I need to complete my tenancy?

You will need to provide us with photo ID, proof of university acceptance in addition to your visa and guarantor details, where applicable. If you do not have your offer letter or a visa yet, you can still book with us and provide these documents later.

Do I need a guarantor?

Every student, whether a UK citizen or a non-UK citizen, paying in instalments must have a UK based guarantor. Please contact a member of the property management team for more information.

Can I cancel my contract or leave early?

On an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, you are legally bound until the end of your tenancy period. We can however consider ending your tenancy if you have a replacement. There is an admin fee of £150 chargeable to the outgoing tenant. If you need any further information on this process, please contact a member of the lettings team.


What are the contract lengths?

All contracts start in September and are 51 weeks in length. Summer lets for 1 or 2 months may also be on offer in July and August, subject to availability.

Is there an age limit to stay at accommodation?

You must be aged 18 or over, in full-time education and enrolled with an educational institution to live at our properties. You may book with us at aged 17, but must be turning 18 prior to or after moving in.

What payments are taken to book a room?

No payment is taken to book a room. However, upon completion of the application and booking process we take a £400 deposit payment

I don’t have a UK bank account; how can I pay my rent?

We accept international bank transfers.

What’s included in my rent?

Your room, use of the communal rooms, all utility bills (electricity and water), broadband and Wi-Fi connection are included in the rent

How safe and secure is the accomodation?

Your safety is their priority and is taken with utmost seriousness at property management . All of their properties are 24x7 CCTV monitored and there will always be a member of security staff on site from 7pm onwards. You can only enter the building using the biometric entry access.

Can I have friends or guests stay over in my studio?

Yes, absolutely! This is your home and you can have guests stay over for a few nights. If you would like to share your studio with a partner or friend for the duration of your tenancy you can book with us for a 20% supplement of the rent.

Are pets allowed?

As much as we love furry friends, unfortunately the accommodation has a strict no pets policy

Can I bring my own furniture?

We have you all covered at property management and your apartment is fully furnished and ready for you to move in!

Do I need a TV license?

We have provided a Smart TV for you to Netflix until your heart’s content or beat your friends on the PlayStation. However, if you do want to watch live TV then it is your responsibility to purchase a TV license.

Can I bring my bicycle?

Of course, bring your bicycle along with you and store it safely in our Bike Storage room.

How will I get access to the internet?

Each apartment comes with a superfast ethernet port and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. There are no limitations on how many devices you can connect, so happy surfing!

Are cleaning and laundry services included in my rent?

All communal areas are cleaned twice a week. You can arrange for weekly or monthly cleans of your apartment at an extra cost. Contact a member of the property management team for more information. Laundry services are provided for a small additional fee.

Are kitchen essentials included in the studio kitchenette?

All our kitchenettes are equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave/combi oven and a two-hob electric cooker. Should you need anything else, head over to our Guest Services page to check out the kitchen bundles we have to offer as optional extras.

Can two people share a studio?

We do offer dual occupancy at our properties for an additional 20% of the rent fee.
