They will always first try to establish if there is anything that can be done to help you and your housemates to live in harmony without anyone moving room. However, move requests will be accommodated whenever possible, subject to availability and a cleaning/admin charge.
When is my rent due?
To allow you to avoid paying one big lump sum and to co-inside with student loan payments, rent is collected in instalments at different times of the year depending on the property you are living in. What is the cancellation policy?
They apply a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ to bookings during which time all monies paid are refundable. Please refer to your tenancy agreement or the sample agreement on their website for your specific property for cancelation details in relation to your booking.

If you decide to leave early you remain responsible for the rent for the duration for your tenancy. However, if you are able to find a suitable replacement for your room, then the tenancy will be cancelled. Our on-site maintenance team will try to resolve any issues you raise with them on the same day as you log the issue with us. All issues must be logged via their student portal. Where they need to arrange parts and the issue cannot be resolved that day they will keep you informed at all times as to what the likely timescales are.
