Guild House is located across the road from Curtin University's Perth Campus on the corner of Kent Street and Jackson Road. It offers two main types of furnished housing: single occupancy in 36 six-bedroom flats and accommodation for eight couples.

In addition, all residents are encouraged to take part in the frequent and culturally diverse social activities organised by the Guild House staff, including friendly sporting competitions with other on-campus residences. Outdoor exercise equipment as well as a beach volley-ball court is available for use by residents.
