Villiers offers studio style apartments which are perfect for students wanting private accommodation. The rooms are furnished with double beds, dining table with chairs, wall mounted TV, study desk and chair.

The kitchens feature gas burner stove, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and other appliances. Each studio also features an ensuite bathroom. Unlimited high speed Wi-Fi Internet and telephone connection is provided (except for NRAS apartments). Air conditioning and/or dishwashers are provided in some of the apartments.

The apartments feature space saving ideas such as a slide out pantry and a wardrobe ideal for storing your luggage.. For additional privacy and convenience the sleeping area has a sliding door so that you can close it off.

Most Floors of the property feature either a communal lounge or study area for you to use at your leisure. Level 6 has a fantastic rooftop courtyard with barbecues that students are able to use with spectacular city views. A great place to meet new friends, socialise or study! The property has been built as a safe and secure environment for students. Building and lift access is only granted through swipe card access with individual keys for each apartment. Villiers also has 24 hour onsite staff to ensure students always have someone close by should they need assistance.

Villiers is located on the corner of Villiers Street and Flemington Road in Melbournes CBD. The property is conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the University of Melbourne and RMIT. Across the street from the property you will find University of Melbournes Bio 21 Institute and tram stops to take you direct into the heart of the City.

Lygon Street the fabulous caf and restaurant precinct is also located very close by! Hop on a famous Melbourne tram from your doorstep and in a few minutes youll be in the central shopping hub and amongst all that Melbourne has to offer.

Yes there are early termination fees and cancellations are considered the same as breaking a lease.


Do I need to pay a departure clean fee?

UniLodge can arrange for the professional cleaning of your Apartment The cost to clean a room in Semester 1, 2019 is as follows:

Pricing is based on prepayment of cleaning prior to arrival


If I wanted to break my lease, what are the costs associated with this?

Per Lease Agreement. The cost will be 2 weeks rent plus GST, $165 Advertising fee and Rent paid until the apartment is leased again.


What electricity cost am I responsible for?

Each tenant pays for their energy as it is separately metered. Each tenant will hold their own account with an energy company. UniLodge recommends each tenant use a connection company called - On the Move.


How much is the Internet / WIFI? Who is the provider and how much bandwidth do I have

Internet access and WIFI is provided by Vostronet and unlimited WIFI is included in your rental payments


Do I need to organise my own Contents Insurance?

No this is included in your rental package with coverage to a value of $3,000.
