Broadgate Park is the closest self-catered accommodation to the University of Nottingham’s University Park Campus (under 10-minutes walk!). Known for its strong sense of community among its 2,000 residents, Broadgate Park is popular with both home and international Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. We are also just a 10-minute walk from Beeston town centre which offers a great selection of shops, and a short tram or bus ride from Nottingham City Centre.
The leafy campus offers a wide variety of room types to suit all budgets, including standard and ensuite rooms in cluster flats, studios and twin rooms. There are also 3 social spaces on-site for residents to socialise, study and make memories.

Standard Room
This cosy and practical room provides everything you need for a productive and restful university experience. It’s our most cost effective room type and is situated in a flat that features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms shared between 5-7 students.
Large Standard Room
A spacious bedroom with a small double bed that provides all the essentials for a comfortable study environment – great if you appreciate a bit more room. There are 2 bathrooms and a kitchen shared between 5 students.
Studio
Ensuite Studio
Self-contained studio room with your own kitchenette and ensuite bathroom close to the West Entrance of the University Park Campus. It’s the perfect combination of convenience, comfort and privacy.
Ensuite Plus
Find the perfect balance between privacy and social living with an Ensuite Plus. Enjoy your own bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom and personal kitchenette. You’ll share a lounge space within a larger student flat, making this room type ideal for students who want independence while still having a social place to connect with others.
The shared lounge is designed as a welcoming space with comfortable seating and a large TV. Perfect for unwinding, studying, or spending time with friends outside of your private room. These rooms are conveniently located near the west entrance to University Park, giving you easy access to campus.
Large Ensuite Studio
Enjoy a large studio with a private ensuite bathroom and kitchen facilities offering plenty of space and comfort for your entire academic year. All large bedrooms have a small double bed and additional floor space.
Twin Ensuite Studio
This room is perfect if you are looking to share with a friend or looking for an extra large room with the benefit of a guest bed. A comfortable studio with twin beds, kitchen facilities and ensuite bathroom with two sets of bedroom/study furniture.

Ensuite
This cosy room with a private ensuite bathroom is perfect if you want your own space without compromising on convenience. You’ll share the flat with 3-7 others so you’ll also benefit from the shared kitchen with a lounge area. The flats are in clusters of 4-8.

Large Ensuite
This larger size room is well-equipped with your own private ensuite bathroom and a small double bed. Ideal if you prefer a bit more space and comfort during your university stay. You’ll share the flat with 3-7 others, so you’ll also benefit from the shared kitchen.
Twin Ensuite
Ideal for friends, this budget-friendly Twin Ensuite features two single beds, two sets of bedroom/study furniture, and a private bathroom. Located in an Ensuite flat, you’ll also enjoy access to a shared kitchen and the rent rate is total for the room per week.

Enjoy a spacious flat with two separate bedrooms and shared amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and comfortable living area. Perfect if you’re looking to share with a friend or looking to share with one other person.

Payment and Fees
Security Deposit
A £250 deposit must be paid by the first instalment due date. The room keys will not be issued until the deposit and first instalment have been received. The deposit is held as security against unpaid fees, damage, cleaning charges, replacement of missing items or keys, and other breaches of the agreement.
Pay In Instalment
Accommodation fees may be paid in instalments on the dates specified in the Tenant Residence Agreement. Tenant may alternatively pay the full accommodation fees by the first instalment due date.
