Yes. Please note however you will be required to find a suitable replacement for your room, and you will still be responsible for the rent payments until a replacement is found. They will also help you to find a replacement by advertising the property on our website.

Can I choose which room I want?

Yes, unlike most other providers, you can select the exact room you would like from the floorplan.

Can I stay if I'm not a student?

Unfortunately you can only stay as a non-student if you are sharing with someone who is currently studying full time. Please note, the non-student would be responsible for paying council tax during that period, however they would be allowed a discount.

Do you allow dual occupancy?

Yes we allow dual occupancy, we dont charge extra for sharing.

How do I secure a property?

1. You need to pay a holding deposit of one week's rent at the time of booking.

2. This will be set off against your first instalment of rent.

How long is the tenancy?

Tenancies are fixed at 50 weeks. Please contact us if you would like a longer or shorter contract and well see if we can arrange something.

What is the difference between the studio types?
