The property will carry out all necessary credit checks as prescribed by law and will reserve the right to reject nominated Guarantor applications if the requested information is not provided and the nominated Guarantor does not meet the minimum requirements. The minimum requirements for a Guarantor are: a. UK resident for a minimum period of 3 years with permanent address in the UK b. In full-time employment (earning a minimum of thirty [30] times the tenant’s monthly rent) 3. “Housing Hand” can act as your guarantor if you do not have a qualified UK Guarantor. The Housing Hand guarantor service can be selected during your tenancy application. Note: The property does not accept international guarantors.
Dual occupancy is available on most rooms over 23sqm. Both occupants would need to apply and mention in their application that they are applying for dual occupancy so that the price can be amended.
