Can I cancel my booking for free?
You can cancel for free if your plans change. This includes failing to get the required university results, having your visa declined, or moving to a university in a city.

If you want to leave your tenancy early and don't meet the release requirements, you'll need to find a replacement tenant. They must agree to the same rent and terms.
If accepted, you'll pay a £250 admin fee and a £100 cleaning fee. The takeover is complete when:

- They've received the keys and moved in.
- They've completed the inventory form.
