    Guarantor Requirement

    For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- All tenants will be required to provide a UK-based guarantor if they choose to pay in instalments rather than paying the full rent upfront. A guarantor will be responsible for putting right any breaches of tenancy, including non-payment of rent if the tenant fails to meet the tenancy obligations. If a UK guarantor cannot be provided, tenants may use Housing Hand, an external guarantor service that supports students studying in the UK.
