Please include your full name and student ID as the payment reference. Note that international transfers may incur additional charges from your bank, so please account for this when making payment. You will never be asked to make a payment to any bank account other than the official one provided by your property team. 2. Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
For AY 25-26 & AY 26-27: A. The property requires you to have a valid UK Guarantor if you wish to pay in installments. B. If you do not have a UK guarantor, you’ll need to pay your rent in full at least six weeks before your tenancy start date. Please ensure that all rent due has been paid before you arrive to check in. For AY 25-26 & AY 26-27: Dual occupancy is available for most rooms that are 23sqm or larger. Both applicants must apply separately and clearly state in their applications that they are requesting dual occupancy.The total rent will be calculated as the standard room rate plus an additional £50 per week, then split evenly between both occupants, unless specified otherwise.
