The bond will be held until after you depart from the property. The bond will be returned to you, less any amounts owed to property (including but not limited to rent arrears, departure cleaning or damages done to the leased apartment).

Yes, only students are allowed to stay at property. They are a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation. They welcome all students to stay with them, even if you are doing an internship/placement year or part time course.

Property reserves the right to charge any cancellation after the given deadline.
