The bond will be held until after you depart from the property. Yes, only students are allowed to stay at property. They are a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation. They welcome all students to stay with them, even if you are doing an internship/placement year or part time course.

Property reserves the right to charge any cancellation after the given deadline.
