Payment and Fees
Booking Deposit
A security deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent is required to reserve the room. Upon signing the Licence Agreement, 1 month’s rent in advance is required. The advance rent includes a $50 membership fee. The deposit or reservation fee already paid is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
Security Deposit
The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month’s rent. The security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after the lease expiry date. The moving-out fee will be deducted from the security deposit before the remaining balance is credited back. Repeated indoor smoking violations will result in immediate lease termination and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Additional Fees
A one-time administrative fee of SGD 223.45 (after tax) is required. Stamp duty is payable to the government and is calculated separately.
