Major repairs will be paid for by the accommodation team in their entirety, and they will endeavour to resolve them within 5 days. Minor repairs will be subject to a Minor Repairs Clause (which is standard practice in Singapore) whereby tenants are liable to pay any cost up to the first S$150; any costs above S$150 will be borne by the accommodation team. They will endeavour to resolve Minor repairs within 10 days. For issues that arise in the common areas, the charges up to S$150 will be split equally among all the tenants residing in the property. Any repair charges incurred will be added to your invoice at the end of the month. All tenants will still benefit from a 14-day Defects Liability Period DLP which means that they are exempt from any charges for repairs during the first 14 days of their tenancy with them.
