All the apartments are within a 10-minute walk of an Underground station, with many being within five minutes. All apartments are also within a few minutes’ walk of a bus stop.
You will either be met at the property by a property staff member or left instructions on how to collect your keys. Some of the buildings have an on-site manager or a 24-hour reception, in which case keys would be collected there. If you are unsure of the check-in procedure, then please let us know.

Whilst property accepts that lockouts do happen, and staff will come out as quickly as possible, please be aware that it can take up to an hour to reach you. If you can avoid calling us, please do so.
