For AY 23-24 (STLs): You will need to pay for your entire stay at the time of booking or prior to move-in. For AY 24-25: The property accepts: 1. Payment in full. 2. Payment in 4 termly instalments. 3. Payment in monthly instalments.

1. The property requires a guarantor if you want to pay termly or in monthly instalments. 2. The guarantor has to be UK based only, they do not accept international guarantors. 3. The property also accepts third party guarantor service. Note: The guarantor must meet income criteria of minimum of 3x the monthly rent.
