I stayed at this property for two weeks during a study holiday. The residence is modern and has every comfort. The ensuite room is quite spacious, although I didn't find it very clean, and the common kitchen is large and has all the appliances. In addition, the property is very close to the supermarket and bus stops, which take you into the city. I recommend this property to everyone!

Very good base for a foreign student coming to Dublin for a medium-term stay (a few months). Comfort meets the budget. Good benefits. The apartments are furnished. The edge: 2 convenience stores 5 minutes away (Lidl and Supervalu.) 1 IKEA 15 minutes by direct bus. DCU is 5 minutes by bus / 10 minutes on foot. Access to the city centre with the leap bus card at the rate of €2 per trip (less on presentation of the DCU student card)
