  • Replacement Tenant Accepted
    Tenant is responsible for finding a replacement. Replacement tenant must: Be at least 18 years old. Be a full-time student at a nearby university. Sign a tenancy agreement for the remaining term.     Your friends and family are more than welcome to stay. But while they’re here, they’ll be your responsibility. So careful! If they cause damage to the property, or disruption for people living with you, this will be your responsibility. Extensive stays (that’s longer than a week) aren’t allowed.

    Is there 24/7 security at my accommodation?

    Every building has a secure entry, and students are given a 24-hour contact number to call if they have any concerns about safety or security.

    What happens with my post and parcels?

    Depending on your accommodation, parcels are delivered to designated hub locations in the city, where residents can collect them at their convenience. Alternatively, residents may choose to accept delivery in person from the courier or arrange for the parcel to be left at an official drop-off location specified by the courier company. Unfortunately, they’re unable to guarantee a member of staff will be able to accept your parcel in un-manned locations.

    How do I report a noise complaint?

    Let’s be respectful of each other. Please be considerate of how much noise you’re making – especially between 11pm and 7am. If other residents complain about you or your guests making too much noise – especially if complaints are serious or persistent – they may have to ask you to leave the building.

    How do I send a request to the maintenance team?
