Booking Deposit
The property does not require deposit.
Pay In Instalment
Students with a valid UK guarantor can choose to pay rent in 3 or 8 instalments. 3 instalments are due in August, January, and April. 8 instalments are due in August, October, November, December, January, February, March, and April. The initial payment is required 2 weeks before checking in. Students without a valid UK guarantor must pay the full rent 2 weeks before the tenancy commencement date. Rent due must be paid before the student checks in. Payment dates are detailed in the tenancy agreement. Flexible instalment plans aligned with student finance payment dates are also stated as available where eligible.
Mode Of Payment
Online Payment and direct debit. Note: Cash payments are not accepted.
Guarantor Requirement
All bookings require a guarantor. The guarantor must be over 21 years of age. A copy of photographic identification, such as a passport, driving licence, or official ID, must be provided. Proof of address dated within the previous 3 months, such as a utility bill or bank statement, must be provided. International guarantors are accepted. Approved international guarantors are accepted at no additional cost. The guarantor guarantees payment of rent and compliance with the tenancy agreement. The guarantor remains liable until the tenant has fulfilled and been released from all obligations under the agreement.
