Welcome to your private Classic Plus Studio at the property, with all the same great features as our Classic and Standard Studios, just higher up the building. Located on the 6th and 7th floors, these studios benefit from plenty of natural light and a bright, airy feel. Each space includes a comfortable double bed, dedicated study area, generous storage and a modern kitchenette with a full-size oven. You’ll also have your own ensuite shower room and an in-room washer/dryer, helping you save on laundry costs (that’s up to £745 per year!).
Welcome to your private and spacious Deluxe Plus Studio at the property, located on the top-floors of the building. These studios are bright and modern, designed with accessibility in mind. Each room features a comfortable double bed, dedicated study area, generous storage and a modern kitchenette with a full-size oven. You’ll also have a larger ensuite shower room, along with an in-room washer/dryer to help you save on laundry costs (up to £745 per year!).
To secure your room, you will be required to pay a £250 holding deposit. This is protected through MyDeposits, a government-authorised tenancy deposit scheme that keeps your money safe for the duration of your stay.
They offer four instalment options, typically aligned with student loan payment dates. At some residences, they also offer monthly payment plans. All available payment options for your chosen room type will be shown during the booking process. Please note that both instalment and monthly payment options may require a guarantor.

Dual occupancy is available on a selection of studio rooms over 23sqm. Please note that dual occupancy is subject to a rental increase of £25 per week, and both occupants must be full-time students.
Your guarantor must be a UK-based adult over the age of 18, who is financially stable and agrees to take responsibility for your rent if you’re unable to pay. They’ll need to provide proof of ID and income. If you do not have a UK-based guarantor ○ Two approved options are available: ○ Leap ○ Housing Hand As a guarantor, you’re agreeing to take financial responsibility if the student is unable to pay their rent or causes damage to their room. You’ll need to provide proof of ID and income and must be based in the UK.
Early arrivals are sometimes possible depending on room availability. If you wish to arrive earlier than your tenancy start date, please contact the property team, and they will do their best to accommodate your needs.
Connecting is simple: switch on WiFi on your device and connect to ASK4 Wireless. Open a browser – you’ll be taken straight to the ASK4 sign-up page. Register using your email address and follow the step-by-step guide. Once you’re signed up, you’re good to go. Your login works everywhere in the building – including common areas. Just select ASK4 and log in with your details. Switch on WiFi Calling on your smartphone. It lets you make calls and send texts over the building’s WiFi, so you’ll always be connected. They’ll do everything they can to make your move to the property smooth and supported. They also work with trusted partners to offer extra help where needed – this could include support with purchasing essentials or accessing other services during your stay.
They’ll send a welcome guide before you arrive with all the info you’ll need to get move-in ready.
A few weeks before the start of your tenancy, their property team will contact you to book a check-in slot. It’s important to book a slot so they know when to expect you and can ensure everything is ready for your arrival.
