1. If you have a UK based guarantor, you are able to pay your rent in 3 instalments. 2. The first instalment needs to be paid before your contract starts. You will not be able to move into the property if this has not been paid. 3. You will be asked to pay the full years rent up front if you do not have a UK based guarantor.

What is cooling of period?
The cooling-off period means students have 2 weeks after booking to cancel and get their deposit back. If they cancel after this period, the deposit won’t be refunded. This applies to all students, and “No Pay” only refers to rent, not the deposit.
