Pay In Instalment

Advanced rent: on booking 2. 1st instalment: 1st August 2026 3. 2nd instalment: 28th September 2026 4. 3rd instalment: 13th January 2027 5. 4th instalment: 14th April 2027 Please Note: 1. Guarantor Requirement

1. All students can choose to pay in instalments as long as they can provide a UK guarantor. 2. If you cannot provide a UK guarantor you will need to pay the full year rent upon booking your accommodation or use third-party guarantor services.
