Once you submit the maintenance ticket, your site team will be notified and will respond through the app’s messaging feature. The app is handy not only for raising maintenance tickets, it also allows for general enquiries, delivery status checks, visitor requests, and more.

Yes – they offer free contents insurance during your stay with them. They’ve partnered with Cover4insurance, one of the best student insurance providers. You’ll need to register with them first to activate your cover. It is important all students confirm their cover to ensure you understand what is and isn’t covered

International students will need a visa to study and remain in the UK. They recommend that you apply for your student visa once you have received your university acceptance letter or a few months in advance of your course start date.

Yes, however they recommend that you have parcels delivered once you have already moved in so that they can be collected, as some buildings may not have enough storage space for the quantity of parcels that are typically received. If you are still planning on delivering parcels for your move-in date, please let your Accommodation Team know ahead of time if you have not moved in yet.
