A bond equal to 4 weeks rent is required to be paid at the time of signing your contract to live at Iglu. This amount is then sent to the relevant states Rental Tenancy Bond Authority where it is held until after you vacate the property. All rooms at Property are offered on a 6 or 12-month long lease. Before your current contract comes to an end, they will contact you to see if you would like to re-sign to stay with them for another 6 or 12 months.

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Please note that they do not apply credit or debit card surcharges to holding deposits (one weeks rent) when paid on this website however a surcharge will apply to all future credit card and debit card payments.
