This prepayment will be offset against your first or only instalment of rent.

If you are looking for apartments under £500 per week we probably won’t be able to assist you further with your accommodation search.
Our rates are based on the quality, the location and the service of each apartment. We are at the upper end of the market price-wise, and you will of course be able to find cheaper accommodation alternatives with other providers - but these would not pass the qualifying criteria for a apartment.
Minimum 90 nights at a time. Of course they can pay in 1, 2 or 3 installments over the year. Please remember there is no UK guarantor required.
Our cancellation is as follows: 30 days before check in: 4 week cancellation fee. Less than 30 days before check-in: no refund. For cancellations after the check-in date has passed the first 90 days of reservation will be charged.
