If you need to cancel after the “cooling off” period, they’ll allow it in certain circumstances, like if your UK visa is refused or you don’t make the grades for your chosen university. Just make sure to send us your UCAS notification or visa refusal documentation within 72 hours of receiving it.

Yes, your room will be inspected at least three times during your tenancy for maintenance checks. Any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items will be logged and addressed accordingly. No, you don’t need to vacate your room during the holiday breaks. Your room is yours for the entire duration of your tenancy, and you only need to move out at the end of the agreement.

A small double bed, also known as a 3/4 size bed, measures approximately 120cm wide x 190cm long.
Depending on your location, your post may be delivered directly through your door by Royal Mail or collected from on-site post boxes. You can receive larger parcels at reception, but unfortunately they can’t accept liability for any loss or damage.
