Spread out in one of Deluxe Apartments, this penthouse has a separate en-suite bedroom, with a double bed and bedside tables. And a spacious kitchen area, dining space, study area, washer-dryer and loads of storage.
A £200 Advanced Rent payment is required once the booking is confirmed as complete. The payment must be made within 3 working days of booking confirmation. The £200 Advanced Rent is deducted from the first rent instalment.
Accommodation fees may be paid in full or in 4 instalments. Instalment 1: 01/08/2026 Instalment 2: 05/10/2026. Instalment 3: 11/01/2027. Instalment 4: 05/04/2027.
Accepted payment methods include: Direct Debit Bank Transfer via the payment portal One-time payment link International payments may be made via MangoPay bank transfer. International card payments may be accepted and could incur transaction fees. Direct bank transfers to the Property are not accepted.
A guarantor is required when paying by instalments unless waived by the Property. A guarantor is not required where accommodation fees are paid in full before the applicable deadline. UK and international guarantors are accepted. Residents unable to provide a guarantor may use an approved third-party guarantor service, such as Housing Hand. The guarantor must: Be at least 18 years old. Meet the required identity and residency checks. Not reside with the resident. Not already residing at the Property. The guarantor is liable for unpaid rent and any other charges due under the tenancy agreement.
