Nestled on 13 acres of park style grounds, Parkside apartments invites you to join your friends at one of the many social activities offered in our Community Clubhouse, or to get in shape in the fully equipped Fitness Center (including television). After the workout, come cool off in our sparkling over sized swimming pool, or simply unwind in the 14 foot spa. For the more focused times of the day, Parkside Apartments offers an efficient Business Center, equipped with computers (including high speed internet access), as well as a copier fax machine. Both quiet and comfortable, students and business people alike will enjoy the contribution of this professional on-site convenience. Parkside Apartments is located in Central Davis, directly cross from the beautiful Community Park and conveniently situated between several shopping centers. A few blocks south is downtown Davis, which offers a wide assortment of shopping and entertainment. Bus stops for the "Commuter" and University Transit System are directly in front of Parkside. U.C. Davis is an easy bike ride from your front doorstep. Renters insurance is required. We offer planned social events, online resident services, bicycle racks, computer lab and courtesy officers. The community has a recreation center game room for your enjoyment.

Maximum of 2 cats per home. We are a dog free community. Cat PetCare is available. Cats are welcome with an additional deposit of $250.00 per cat. Maximum pets 2 per apartment. We accept service animals.
