Located on the corner of Oxford Street (London’s most famous shopping area), just 3 minutes’ walk from Tottenham Court Road underground station, the building is a short walking distance of many schools and colleges and is very close to the theatre district. There is a representative resident on-site and CCTV. The price includes utility bills, weekly cleaning of bedrooms and common areas, council tax and TV licence. There is free WiFi internet available in every apartment.

What happens when I check in?

When you check in, you will be met at the property by a member of property staff or the property representative. You will be advised about the procedure when your booking is confirmed. If you are unsure of the check in procedure, please contact team.

Where will my accommodation be located?

All accommodation is located near underground stations. A full description, including information on the location can be found on thier web site (please refer to each individual accommodation page for details) and information will be provided to you upon confirmation of your booking.

How far is the accommodation from my school/college?

At the time of booking, please let team know the name, address and postcode of the school/college where you will be studying. Team will then be able to advise you as to which property would be most convenient for your place of study. Property will also direct you to the appropriate web sites which will help you to calculate your journey time.

How many people will live with me?

That will depend upon the apartment as some properties are larger than others. There will be 4-6 persons sharing a communal kitchen/dining area and bathrooms.

Who will be staying in the same apartment/house?

You will normally be sharing with other students attending language schools, college or university courses. Your “house mates” may be from a variety of different countries.

Can I have my own room?

Yes! The majority of properties offer single rooms as well as twin and double rooms. Please refer to each individual accommodation page for details of room types and book accordingly.

If I book a twin share room, who will I be sharing with?

You will be sharing with another person of the same gender as you. You may also book a twin room if you are arriving with a friend, partner or family member.

Can I book to stay in single sex accommodation (i.e. all girls or all boys)?

This is not usually possible, although it can occasionally be arranged if you are travelling as a part of a group and if it is requested well in advance.

Do I need to bring bed linen?

No, all bed linen is provided. In the apartments, bed linen is laundered and changed weekly while in the houses, bed linen is provided but you are expected to launder your own. Please make sure that, if you bring your own linen to the apartments, it is clearly marked and kept away from the bed on linen change day. Team cannot be held responsible for any linen taken by mistake, unless it has been removed from the bed and clearly labelled.

Do I need to bring towels?

Towels are provided in the apartments.

If I book accommodation with shared bathrooms, how many people share it?

This depends upon the size of the apartment or house in which your room is situated. Normally a maximum of 5 students will share a bathroom.

What does self-catering mean?

Self-catering is when no meals provided with the accommodation, but you have access to fully equipped kitchens where you can prepare your own meals.

Do I have kitchen facilities?

Yes, all of accommodation has fully equipped kitchens. You are expected to provide your own washing up liquid and cloths.

What happens if I don’t know how to work something?

Ask others in the apartment/house if you are unsure how to work something or, alternatively, ask your accommodation representative to assist you or provide you with written instructions.

Will there be internet facilities? What will it cost?

All properties have Wi-Fi internet facilities, but you will need to bring your own device. Access to the internet is provided for free.

What happens if the internet is not working?

Contact the Property representative or on-site staff to report it. If your computer rather than the internet facilities are the cause of the problem, team will help in any way team can but cannot be held responsible for any problems related to your device.

Will I have laundry facilities?

All accommodation have laundry facilities on-site, provided free of charge. The apartments have washing machines and dryers, while the houses have washing machines and access to an external space for drying. There are also irons and ironing boards for you to borrow.

Will I have a television?

There is a television in each bedroom of the apartments.

What happens if I lose my key?

Unfortunately, there is a charge for lost keys. Please immediately report the loss to the property representative or on-site staff. Please ensure you do not have anything identifying your address with the keys, as this means team will have to change the locks for the whole building.

Where should I have my mail sent?

You should have your mail sent to the address of your accommodation.

Can my friends stay when they come to visit?

Unfortunately, overnight guests are strictly prohibited, especially in single rooms. Occasionally, overnight stays (of no more than 3 nights) can be arranged in twin or double rooms. Prior permission must be obtained in advance from office and an additional charge will apply. If you have friends and family who are coming to visit then please let the team know, and the team can assist you with arranging accommodation for them.

When will my apartment/house be cleaned?

Apartments are cleaned every Saturday morning. The houses are cleaned on different days throughout the week. Please note, you are expected to keep your room tidy and clean the kitchen after using including washing dishes. Failure to do so could result in you being charged for professional cleaning. Bathrooms should be left clean and dry after use.

What happens if I break or damage furnishings or china/glass ware?

Team understand occasional breakages occur in the kitchen and property do not normally charge for these, unless they are excessive. Breakages and damage, such as to furniture and carpets/curtains, may be charged for or the cost deducted from your deposit.

How much do I have to pay to secure the room?

Full prepayment for stays of up to and including 13 weeks is required, as described on the pro-forma invoice, which will be sent to you at the time of booking.

I am staying longer than 13 weeks. Is it possible to pay in instalments with a payment plan?

Yes, this is possible based on individual circumstances. Please contact  office direct for more information.

Why is a deposit required and how do I get it back? How long does it take? How will it be refunded?

A deposit is normally required to cover the cost of any damage or breakages caused by students during their stay, as well to act as a guarantee against non-payment of accommodation fees. Deposits must be paid in advance (prior to arrival) by credit card or bank transfer. The property regret property are not able to accept cash on arrival. Property will refund your deposit (less any appropriate deductions) after departure and within 28 days of request. Deposits cannot be refunded in cash.

What happens if I have an emergency and need to contact property Student Services?

If you need to contact Property, during office hours (09:30 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays).
