The guarantor whose details you provide must be able to guarantee the lower of: The total sum of rent payable by you to your landlord over the period of one year; or The total sum of rent payable and Deposit by you to your landlord over the period of your tenancy if your tenancy is less than one year. In instances where you are not able to provide a guarantor situated in the UK, you will be required to pay 6 months rent or the whole rent upfront.

If a tenant would like to exit their agreement with a landlord after booking, management can offer a tenant replacement service for a £50 fee on success. Management cannot guarantee that they will find a replacement tenant, however they will only charge the fee on success.
