1. To secure a room student has to Pay a Security Deposit, in which one Week's rent will be holding deposit and it will be non-refundable. 2. The deposit will depend on the room type you select. The rest of the security deposit will be refundable after inspection less any charges and deductions once the student moves out.

If the student does not have a UK-based guarantor, they can pay in 2 half-yearly instalments or pay the whole rent upfront. Note:- Contract is a 50 week tenancy and the rent needs to be paid quarterly in 4 installments. Groups only.

The guarantor whose details you provide must be able to guarantee the lower of: The total sum of rent payable by you to your landlord over the period of one year; or The total sum of rent payable and Deposit by you to your landlord over the period of your tenancy if your tenancy is less than one year. In instances where you are not able to provide a guarantor situated in the UK, you will be required to pay 6 months rent or the whole rent upfront.
