    You can arrange a tenancy takeover, provided that your replacement tenant: Is at least 18 years old and enrolled as a full-time student in a university near the accommodation. Sign the tenancy agreement with us for the remainder of your contracted tenancy and pay all the sums due within it. They will also provide a guarantor where reasonable, accepting the teams and conditions set in the tenancy agreement.     Security Deposit

    To secure your room you’ll need to pay the £250 advanced payment fee, which will later be deducted from your first rent payment. This will be payable by card, via the standard online booking journey. Please note, this fee is non-fundable.

    Guarantor Requirement

    A guarantor is only required if you choose to pay your rent in instalments. They must be over 25 years old and can be based in the UK or overseas. Their role is to cover the rent if you’re unable to make a payment.If you don’t have a guarantor, you can still opt for instalments by using a guarantor service like Housing Hand.
