Are the studios fully furnished?

Yes, every studio is fully furnished and move-in ready. Your studio includes a double bed with mattress, wardrobe and storage, study desk and chair, en-suite bathroom (shower, basin, WC), kitchenette with hob and microwave and fridge, and a window with blinds.

What amenities are included for residents?

All residents have access to the building's shared amenities at no extra cost. These include a gym with cardio and weights equipment, cinema room for film nights and gaming sessions, library for quiet study, gaming room with consoles, social kitchen for cooking together or hosting friends, landscaped courtyard for outdoor downtime, laundry facilities on-site, secure bike storage, 24/7 Wi-Fi throughout the building, and on-site management for any maintenance or admin issues. These are designed as part of the experience, not as add-ons.
